I cant fault these guys, yes, they may be behind sometimes, but they are busy and might be a little blunt sometimes because they are trying to process orders as fast as they can! What I’ve learnt, during the process of this is that patience is a virtue. You are waiting for an update then there will be one. You just need to give them breathing space to get things sorted.
They don’t have to do this business but they do risk their necks and always deliver. yeh there might be a delay sometimes but its very minor.
