I used to take xanax for anxiety and panic attacks. This stuff is as close as I’ve ever experienced…but without the addiction and the prescription. Amazing. I don’t use it for sleep, it doesn’t make me sleepy, it just completely wipes out anxiety and panic and has, like I said, a xanax-like effect. Will keep a giant bottle on hand at all times!! Love it. Also, doesn’t taste bad. Not nearly as bad as kava.
